At WarMag, we strive to provide our customers with the most efficient and reliable delivery service. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping options, delivery times, and policies.

Standard Delivery

UK Mainland:

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2-5 working days. Please note that despite Royal Mail’s stated delivery times, second class postage may sometimes take longer than 2 days. If you require your item urgently, we recommend upgrading to a faster service.
  • DPD ‘Next Day’ Delivery: These orders are dispatched using DPD’s “Next Day” service. Please note: to qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the next working day, typically Monday. While DPD sometimes delivers on weekends via this service (and even sometimes on Sundays) this is not guaranteed, and depends on their network capabilities, as well as your distance from our location in Exeter, Devon. If your order contains multiple items and is shipped in more than one box, there’s a chance that the boxes may arrive at different times. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to monitor the status of your deliveries. Although it’s very rare, please be aware that DPD does not guarantee next-day delivery, and this is written in their terms and conditions. Delays are uncommon, but it’s important to stay informed via your tracking details.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands:

  • Cost: This charge is usually the same as for the UK mainland but may vary if the item exceeds a certain weight. We primarily use Royal Mail for these deliveries, however, if the weight or volume exceeds certain limits, we may need to use a courier service. Couriers often have higher rates for Northern Ireland, Highlands, or Islands compared to Royal Mail. Additionally, for orders with multiple items, we may need to send the order as more than one parcel, which can only be done by using a courier.
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 working days.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. To check the cost of international shipping, simply add items to your cart and enter your address details at checkout. Our shipping rates are accurately pulled from FedEx via a plugin, ensuring that you’re charged exactly what we pay. If the rates seem high, it’s due to the large size and weight of the packages, not an attempt to inflate costs. We show the exact same rates we are paying to be as transparent with you as possible.

Please note that due to longer processing times for international orders compared to UK orders, we may require up to 3 business days to handle your shipment. International orders placed over the weekend are unlikely to be processed on the following Monday. We aim to dispatch most international orders within 2 days, and we appreciate your patience.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You’ll be contacted by our delivery partner (FedEx) by email regarding any import and duty charges that you need to pay.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 

WarMag has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you don’t agree with duty charges presented to you, please contact the carrier. 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

WarMag is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.

Delivery Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WarMag purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition.
