Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website, www.warmag.com, and govern your use of the site and sale of products by WarMag (Badger Design Ltd).

1. Ordering and Contract

  • Orders are confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. if pricing errors occur or stock is unavailable).
  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.

2. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur.
  • All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment by debit and credit card via our secure and widely trusted payment provider.
  • Full payment must be received before any goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

  • Please refer to our separate Delivery Terms for full details on shipping options, timescales and charges.

5. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • To cancel, please email us at warmag@themagnetshop.co.uk.
  • Please note: messages via social media channels are not sufficient for this, as they are not fully monitored.
  • Returned goods must be in resaleable condition unless faulty.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you want to cancel or amend your order on the same day of purchase, we must receive your request by 1:30pm that day. We will do our best to process this, but we cannot guarantee we will see and act on the request in time, especially during busy periods.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We may require photo evidence or return of the item.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, logos, text) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
